Daniel is Leader of Barnet Conservatives and represents Finchley Church End ward. 

In his role as Councillor, Dan has chaired Policy and Resources which is responsible for: Strategic policy, finance and corporate risk management including recommending: Capital and Revenue Budget; Medium Term Financial Strategy; and Corporate Plan to Full Council

Outside of politics, Daniel is keen rugby fan and in his spare time also likes to relax by reading, cooking for his wife, travelling and genealogy.

Two years of broken council tax promises

Another year another broken promise by Barnet’s Labour council. In the run-up to the local elections of 2022, Barnet Labour made two promises concerning council tax. Firstly, they would rebate 1% of council tax back to Barnet residents.
