Heavy traffic on The Vale is a big problem which Conservatives are working hard to tackle. Since the summer, this busy road between Childs Hill and Cricklewood has been subject to a 20mph speed limit.

Your local councillors Cllr Shimon Ryde and Cllr Peter Zinkin campaigned for the speed restriction. Now, Shimon (pictured, right) and Peter are working with the police and Conservative-run Barnet Council to make sure that the new speed limit is enforced.

Slower lorries means less harmful emissions, less noise, and a safer residential neighbourhood for everyone.
